Step 4: Submit Your Answers within 72 hours

Fill in all required fields, including product details, origin, and compliance documentation, including self-declaration confirming accuracy of the information provided and EUDR compliance of the relevant products.
Click ‘Submit’. Once submitted, responses cannot be modified.

Why is this important?

The EUDR requires all products made from EUDR-relevant commodities to be deforestation-free and in compliance with the laws of the country where the commodities were harvested. This applies to products imported into the EU, traded within the EU, or exported from the EU. EY relies on you to meet EUDR requirements. Prompt responses help us stay compliant and avoid any supply chain disruptions as each EUDR-relevant product needs to be covered by a Due Diligence Statement (DDS) before it can be imported, exported, or traded in the EU.

Your Responsibilities

> Respond Timely to Data Requests: For every EUDR-relevant PO, you will receive a data request via the EY Supplier Portal. Please provide all requested information within 72 hours.
> Submit Complete and Accurate Data: Information you provide may be audited by authorities and needs to be correct.
> Include geolocation information or the DDS Reference Number: Supply chain traceability is supported by providing the harvest locations in a GeoJSON file or by communicating the upstream DDS Reference Number and Verification Number.
